Serving the Sunshine Coast, Pizza Coppola provides a unique mobile wedding catering service that you and all of your guests will enjoy!
We bring it all to you in our food truck: the fire and the pizza, all made on site. With a touch of Italian charm that completes the Pizza Coppola experience, we have options to suit everybody's tastes and dietary needs.
Our pizzas are hand stretched and woodfired, made with the best ingredients available. We are passionate about creating and curating true Italian pizzas, and we're excited to bring our passion to your wedding.
Mobile Wedding Catering Packages
All our wedding packages include two hours of hot woodfired pizzas, cooked for your guests at your desired location, as well as wait staff, ensuring all your guests are looked after for the duration of our catering.
Our pizzas bases are made with premium Italian flour W325, proved with 72h long levitation and hand stretched. Our tomato sauce recipe is my nonna’s and it is a secret… but ask about ingredients any time for dietary requirements.
